These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through avoruneli.com. The avoruneli™ store is owned and operated by Dongguan Shuangman Technology Co., Ltd. Please review the information below before placing an order. By submitting an order, you acknowledge the terms applicable to your purchase, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Orders & Acceptance

By submitting an order, you confirm that the checkout information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. An order may be declined or canceled where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.

We aim to present our handmade bookbinding and book restoration tools accurately. Reasonable differences in appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation or similar factors.

Up to 5 Business Days
During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Fulfillment Locations
Depending on inventory availability, product location and destination, orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners.
Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
5–10 Business Days
Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor an eligible cancellation request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipping has started.
No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact customer support with your order information and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.
The circumstances will be reviewed and an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution will be provided.
